Cheeks, Chins, and Jowls

Loss of the jawline, with a prominent forward angled throat line is often very unsatisfactory and aging.   The blurred cervico-mental angle between the jaw and the throat is restored by TL.

A much smaller volume of local anaesthetic fluid is required, introduced gently by syringe.  Aspiration using a syringe technique and small cannulae allows the small but definite volumes of unwanted fat to be removed.  A head garment is used for compression for 24 hours postop, then at night for 7-10 days.

Results are gratifyingly apparent within 24 hours, and even very overweight patients gain confidence from this procedure.
